We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to reschedule your photo-experience, please notify us via email, phone, or text with at least 3 days of notice in advance.
Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
- With 3 days notice in advance, you will not be charged a rescheduling fee
- Rescheduling after 3 days or within hours of your photo-experience will be a 35% charge of your original package price
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us via email, phone, phone, or text with at least 3 days of notice in advance.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- If you cancel within 3 days of your scheduled photo experience, experience, you will receive a 90% refund.
- After 3 days or within hours of your photo-experience, no refund will be issued (unless in the case of an emergency on a case by case basis).
- Cancelations during the holiday season must be done 1 week in advance from the scheduled shoot date
If you don’t show up to the photo-experience session at the scheduled time and meeting place previously agreed upon, no refund will be issued. The payment will go to the photographer for their time.
Early is on-time, and on-time is late! We suggest that you arrive at your meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. If you are late, the time will be deducted from your allotted photo-experience scheduling unless your photographer has the flexibility to extend.
If for any reason, you don’t notify the photographer and arrive 30+ minutes after your scheduled start time, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full. If you notified your photographer that you were running late, please keep in mind that they may have another photo-experience scheduled after, and may not have the flexibility to stay longer.
If you arrive at your session late, any time that has passed will be forfeited from your chosen package. You may only shoot for the remaining amount of time.
If you wish to extend your photo-experience beyond the originally scheduled time, any additional time will be start at $150/hour. Rates vary by location & occasion.
Travelers are responsible for any transportation fees or additional fees (admission to museums, parks, ferry tickets, Uber, bus, food, etc.) required for you and the photographer.
You will share a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license of the images. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The image(s) may not be used in advertising. The image(s) may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed. Your Photographer retains the copyright on all images shot.
Photo Editing and Delivery
Shoot My Travel is a fun and candid photo experience. We offer professional photos of the memories you won’t want to forget. All of our images are color edited and color corrected. The photographers will not go through extensive photoshop editing, which means heavy post-production, liquifying, removals, skin retouching or editing that drastically alters the original image.
While we would love to provide all of the unedited or raw files, the magic happens after the editing process. It would be nearly impossible for our photographers to edit all of your images. Think quality over quantity!
Your private gallery will include the best shots from your photo-experience, selected and edited by your awesome photographer. If you have any specific “must-have” shots in mind, let us know prior to your photo-experience.
We will send you a link to your personalized private gallery via email. Once you access the link, you will be able to download the photos directly to your email to share with your friends and family! Also, if you booked through our App, you will be able to access your photos on there.
To purchase additional photos, you can do so before your photo-experience through our “Extra Photos” package and receive them within 24-48 hours. Loved all your photos and want to buy more? Select your desired amount to purchase and we will add them to your personalized gallery!
We ask all of our customers to be respectful and honor the hard work we do to connect you with professional photographers and offer their outstanding services. If for any reason we discover the customer and/or the photographer engaging in third-party business outside of the platform (buying prints, additional photos, extra time, etc.) without our consent prior to the booking, both the traveler and photographer may be banned from the platform. We do not allow any third-party business outside of the platform and are not responsible for any business done after the hours of the scheduled service.
All content and photographs displayed on the Site and all underlying softwares or technologies used in connection with the Site, and all aspects thereof, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights therein, are owned by Shoot My Travel or its licensors. You acknowledge that the Site, content and photographic images displayed on the Site and any underlying technology or software used in connection with the Site contain Shoot My Travel’s proprietary information.
Shoot My Travel shall have the right to monitor the content that you provide to the Site, but shall not be obligated to do so. The contents of the Site are protected by copyright as individual works, collective work and/or compilations, pursuant to the USA and foreign copyright laws.
You agree to abide by all copyright notices and other restrictions contained in the Site. Access to, and use of, the Site is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Accessing, using, displaying, performing, distributing, copying or downloading content from the Site for anything other than personal and non-commercial use is strictly prohibited without the written consent of Shoot My Travel. By downloading or reproducing any information from this Site, you accept and agree to the conditions described in this Statement in their entirety without modification unless otherwise agreed to in writing by you and Shoot My Travel.
Exclusion of Liability
Customers agree to release Shoot My Travel from any liability for damage, losses, and injury to them or to any person or property resulting from the use of our services; accepting themselves for taking full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury.
Shoot My Travel will not be liable for incidents related directly or indirectly with our services.
Changes to The Terms
Shoot My Travel reserves the right to modify the content of the present Terms and Conditions at any moment in time.
